What is your shipping policy?
Applies to all Australian shipments
Your doors will be delivered palletised by tail-lift delivery as near as possible to your delivery address. Our courier service will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery window. Alternatively, we can organise delivery to your city’s nearest depot for collection. If you have further questions, contact us.
We dispatch door orders within 7 business days but please note, orders will not be dispatched until paid in full.
What if I need to change my order?
For any changes to existing order, please use the form on our Amendments page and one of our representatives will get in touch with you to discuss. Please note, due to our speedy delivery and turnaround times, we cannot guarantee changes made outside of 24 hours after your order has been placed. Some fees may apply.
Is the Edgebanding included in the total size of the door?
Yes, if you choose to add 1mm edging on any or all of your door sides, this will be factored into your total door size. For example, if you enter your door dimensions as 200mm x 400mm and then choose 1mm edging on all sides, the finished size of your door will be 200mm x 400mm.
What is ‘Hinge Drilling’?
Standard Drilling
To make your door installation easier for you, we can pre-drill your doors and panels to suit your hinge requirements. Most Australian kitchens use either 45mm or 52mm hinge cups - which refers to the drilling pattern required for your hinge. If you're re-using existing hinges, measure the distance between the middle of each screw hole on your base plate. If you’d prefer to drill the base plate yourself, add a ‘Hole Only’ comment to your order and we will drill the 35mm hole only.
Standard hinge drilling for all made to measure doors is 100mm from the top of the door and 100mm from the bottom of the door. In cases where more than two hinges are required due to the height of the door, hinge hole drilling for additional hinges will be evenly spaced between top and bottom holes.
If you require hinge hole drilling other than that listed above, please select 'Non-Standard Drilling' in the hinge dropdown menu and specify the top and bottom measurements and cup type required in the comment field.
How do I place an order?
Go to our ‘Order Now’ page to access our easy to use online made to measure app. Simply enter your delivery postcode to begin and then choose your selections from the drop down menus. If you’d like to order multiple similar doors, there is an easy copy function in the List of Boards which will duplicate your door for editing. Once you’re ready, click ‘Checkout’ to finalise your order.
Do you deliver interstate?
Our in-house fabrication factory is located in Sydney but we can ship your doors anywhere in Australia. Just enter the delivery postcode when you begin your order for your postage charges.
What material do you use?
We have three board options available for your doors. Our OptiMatt is available in six colours and fabricated from E0 100% recyclable PET.
Do you offer samples?
If you’d like to order samples of our boards, please visit the Samples page. You can choose from either a set of small sample chips of each finish, or alternatively a single swatch sample. A $12 postage fee will apply.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment via PayPal (and PayPal facilitated credit card transactions) and bank transfer. If you wish to use bank transfer to pay for your order, our bank details will be available at checkout, and also included in your order confirmation email. Please note, bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to be processed. Your MTM order will be processed once payment has been received.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
While we check the viability of each order we receive, we do not take responsibility for any errors caused by inaccurate order entries. We highly recommend you double check all measurements before confirming your order. We do not offer returns or refunds for any MTM doors ordered.
